- Subject of the agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between the site “https://nikahplus.com” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and governs the relationship between the Administration and the User regarding the use of the site with the address https://nikahplus.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Network”). This agreement comes into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms during registration on the Site.
This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 441 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (offer). Registration of the User on the Site means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Article 443 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (acceptance).
The Agreement can be changed by the Administration unilaterally without any notice to the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site. The current version of the Agreement will always be on the Site page at https://nikahplus.com/en/terms-of-use/. Continued use of the Site by the User after changing the terms of the Agreement means the consent and acceptance by the User of such changes.
Agreement on the protection of personal data. Registration, authorization and deletion of the profile
User – an individual who has reached the age of 18 who has accepted this offer, or an individual aged 14 (fourteen) to 18 (eighteen years) who has accepted this offer with the consent of legal representatives, when such consent is provided for by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. By sending an application for participation in receiving the service, the Customer confirms that he is a capable person, or, if his age has reached 14 (fourteen) years, but has not reached 18 (eighteen) years, confirms the consent of the legal representative to conclude the Agreement.
In order to use the services of the Site, the User must first register on the Site by filling out the registration form, as well as expressing his consent to all the terms of the Agreement by confirming the item “I accept the rules of the site”.
In the registration form, the User undertakes to provide reliable information about himself.
In the registration form, the User specifies the following information about himself: name, gender, age, email and password to access the Site. The user is responsible for the security of his login and password. The Administration is not responsible for what will be done on the Site under the User’s login and password. In case of accessing the site without the knowledge of the User (unauthorized access), the User undertakes to immediately notify the Administration about this. The administration is also not responsible for the possible loss of data that may occur through the fault of the user.
For authorization on the Site, the User’s email and password are used. Email and password are confidential information. The User is responsible for their safety.
User can register no more than one page on the Site per email.
By registering on the Site, the User agrees to receive informational emails from the Site via email. For example, a letter stating that another user is requesting an acquaintance or a letter to reset the password.
The terms of this Agreement are binding on all Users of the Site who have registered earlier and will register later.
The user has the right to delete his personal page at any time using the special functionality of the site.
- The rights and obligations of the Administration
The Administration has the right not to accept the User’s profile without giving a reason. Not all submitted questionnaires pass the test and get to the site.
The Administration has the right to delete or block the User’s profile without warning for any reason, including in case of violation of the rules of the Agreement. At the same time, the funds that the User spent on using paid services will not be refunded.
It is strictly prohibited on the Site to seek a mate for secret or temporary marriages. If such a case is detected, the Administration has the right to delete or block the User’s profile.
The Administration has the full right to change the content of the Site (its functionality, design, etc.) at its own discretion at any time. By accepting this Agreement, the user accepts any subsequent changes.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
The Administration does not guarantee that the Site will work continuously, quickly and without errors.
The Administration does not guarantee the User the results that the user expected when registering on the site.
The Administration is not responsible for any direct and indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services and / or the functionality of the Site.
In the event of the adoption of regulatory legal acts by the authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic, affecting in whole or in part the functioning of the Site’s capabilities, the Administration reserves the right to make any changes in the functioning of the Site’s capabilities aimed at bringing the latter in line with the new standards.
- Rights and obligations of the User
The User agrees not to upload, store, publish, distribute or provide access to or otherwise use any information that:
contains pornography and/or texts or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it;
promotes and/or promotes incitement of racial, religious, national, ethnic hatred or enmity;
promotes a cult of violence and cruelty;
contains extremist materials;
promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions, or guidelines for committing criminal acts;
contains information of restricted access, including, but not limited to, state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties;
promotes or describes the attractiveness of drug use, information about the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and tips for use;
is fraudulent;
discredits the honor, dignity, business reputation of other persons;
violates the privacy of other users or third parties;
contains slander, rude and offensive language and suggestions.
The user is prohibited from:
Place on the Site a nickname instead of a first name or a surname along with a first name so that you can be found on social networks;
Indicate false information in the profile;
Re-register under a different name or with different information;
Indicate your contacts in the profile, or send them through a photo or in messages;
Ask for contacts or ask if the user is registered in a particular social network;
Insult other users or site administration;
Post other people’s photos or any other pictures other than your own photo;
Post photos without a hijab;
Indicate information in the profile, post a photo or send messages that violate Sharia norms;
Flirt;
Use this website for promotional, commercial or charitable purposes;
Use the site for political purposes.
The user has the right to independently, for personal non-commercial purposes, post information on his personal page of the site in the manner prescribed by the functionality of the site, interact with other users, use other software features of the site for their functional purpose in accordance with the rules.
The user is not recommended to send money to other users for charity, moving, etc., as these may be scammers. The User is responsible for all lost funds.
The NikahPlus website provides various services and features that are accessible through a subscription system.
A subscription is a paid service that grants the User access to certain site features for a specified paid period.
The duration of the subscription is one calendar month from the date of activation.
Each subscription is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or assigned to another user.
Subscription payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including termination of registration, account suspension, or early cancellation initiated by the User.
In the event of account deletion or termination of registration, any paid but unused portion of the subscription will be canceled without any compensation or refund.
The website administration is not responsible for actions or services offered by other users of the platform.
The User may upgrade their subscription to a higher-tier plan at any time. The new plan becomes active immediately after payment, and the previous subscription is automatically closed.
Subscriptions cannot be paused, frozen, or postponed to another period.
Currently, subscriptions do not renew automatically. When recurring billing is introduced, users will be notified in advance and may choose whether to enable automatic renewal.
The website administration reserves the right to modify subscription prices, content, and conditions at any time without prior notice, in accordance with market changes and internal service policy.
- Final Provisions
All possible disputes regarding the Agreement between the User and the Administration will be regulated in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The pre-trial dispute settlement procedure is mandatory. The term for responding to a claim is 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute is subject to consideration in court at the location of the Administration, in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
In everything that is not regulated by the terms of the Agreement, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This Agreement comes into force for the User from the moment of his registration on the Site and is valid for an indefinite period.
